"Super quick and easy!!!"
It was really quick and totally hassle-free!!! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I didn’t have to stress about a thing!!!

"Pretty handy, once you figure it out"
I’ve been using Pet Circle autoship for my dog’s food and it’s been good so far. I like being able to move the delivery date or skip one when we still have enough food left, which is really helpful. The only thing is, they don’t exactly make the settings super obvious the first time, do they? It took me a bit of clicking around to find everything. Once I figured it out though, it was easy enough. Prices are decent too. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I placed an order with Pet…"
I placed an order with Pet Circle last week for a few dog food items and some treats. Most of it turned up a few days later with no issues, and the box was in good condition. The only problem was one pack of treats was the wrong flavour, which was a bit frustrating because my dog is fussy and won’t just eat anything. I didn’t notice it until later that day when I was putting everything away, so next time I’ll definitely check the order as soon as it arrives. I’d probably still order from them again, but I do think they could be a bit more careful when packing orders

"Easy checkout, no fuss"
I ordered my dog food from Pet Circle i assumed it’d be the usual annoying checkout with too many steps, but it was actually really simple. I didn’t have to keep clicking around or re-entering the same details, which was a nice surprise. Payment went through quickly, and I could see the delivery options before paying, so I wasn’t sitting there thinking some extra cost would pop up at the end. Happy with it overall. Just a quick, straightforward checkout, which is all I wanted

"Pretty good deal, but wish it covered more"
I got a decent promo on my cat food order and saved a little, which was nice. Delivery went smoothly too, no issues there. I just wish the discount codes worked on more items. I kind of suspect they limit them to certain products on purpose, but who knows.

"Pretty handy for dog food deliveries"
I’ve been using Pet Circle for my dog food subscription it’s been convenient. I always think I’ll remember to order food myself, but then again, I probably wouldn’t, so the subscription takes that off my plate. It’s easy enough to change the delivery date when I need to, which I appreciate. Most deliveries have arrived on time, though one was a little late. I was annoyed at first, but it wasn’t really a big deal in the end. Overall, I’d say it’s been easy to use and reliable

My dog's food was actually back in stock again, which was a relief. It’s been kind of a pain trying to find it, so I was glad I could finally grab some without having to hunt around everywhere.

"Pet Circle kept me in the loop"
I was really happy with the updates from Pet Circle. I got an email when my order was packed and another when it was sent, and the tracking was easy to follow. I kept thinking I’d missed something or maybe the dog food would turn up late, but nope, it arrived exactly when they said it would. Nice not having to wonder where it was.

I had a small issue with my order, I think it was last week or maybe the week before, and sent Pet Circle a message. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without any fuss. Really appreciated how simple they made it. Good customer service and I’d definitely order from them again

They’ve pretty much got everything I need, from dog food to flea stuff. It’s easy to find the brands my dog actually likes, which makes shopping there way easier.

I’ve ordered from Pet Circle a few times now and the payment process is easy. I like that they have PayPal, card options, and Afterpay too, especially when I’m doing a bigger shop. The checkout are usually quick and simple. I’m giving 4 stars because one time my saved card didn’t go through and I had to type it in again, but it wasn’t a big issue

It usually gets here eventually, but sometimes it arrives later than expected, which is a little frustrating. I understand delays happen, but it would be nice if it were more consistent.

"My dog is actually eating it"
I was a little nervous trying a new food because my dog can be picky and I always worry it might upset his stomach, but so far this has been great. He’s been eating it really well, and his coat already looks a bit nicer too. No tummy issues so far, which is a big relief. I’m happy with it and hoping it keeps working for him.

"Finally, a Pet Site That Doesn’t Make Things Hard"
Pet Circle’s website was actually really easy to use, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare thing, but here we are. I found my dog food quickly, the filters did what they were supposed to do, and checkout didn’t drag on forever like some other sites seem to enjoy doing. I also like that my past orders are saved, so I can just reorder without going through the whole search again. Simple, no fuss, and thankfully not a test of my patience...

“At this stage I don't know because I only contacted 2 companies. The first didn't have the 2nd item that i wanted. They were quick to send. You have what i need so in future i will only be purchasing from you as it's better to get it all at once from one company.”
